We receive many requests for a catalog and for information on our products. Please allow us to answer the most common questions.
1. How can I get a catalog?
All our range is displayed on the website, and you can down load our catalog at: http://www.water-games.com.cn/catalog.html , Please print the pages you are interested in. We are pleased to answer any question.
2. What about size and color?
The size and color can be changed according to your requirements or according to the size in our webpage or catalogue.
3. What is the material made of?
The material is 1000 detx, UV treated, PVC.
4. Can you print my picture or logo on the products?
Yes, we can print your picture or logo on the water games products and you can offer the picture in any format made by Photoshop or Core draw.
5. Can you design one specially?
Yes, send us details and a sketch or a picture of your requirements and we will quote you our best price.
6. What accessories come with the water games?
We will send you a pump, soaker hose, stakes, pair kit bag (including the same color’s material, glue)
7. What is the warranty on your products?
Our water games can be used more than 3 years. If it is damaged, you can use the glue and material to repair it. Because it is too long distance to ship goods back, we will send a kit bag for every product.
8. Your pumps meet CE/UL requirements?
At present, we have not. Our games including pumps have been exported all over the world like USA, Canada, Italy, Japan, Korea, Middle East and so on , they are suitable for these markets. If large quantity, we can get CE/UL approval for the pumps.

10. How do I order?
（1） You can order on our website www.water-games.com.cn
a. Choose your interested goods, write down the model number;
b. Click on "Order online", fill in the customer info and submit;
c. We will sign an "Order Conformation", send you a scan original copy by e-mail.
（2） Order by Fax.

b. Type up the "Order Form" and fill in the blank, and send to 0086-20-83684025
c. we sign and send back to you for confirmation.
（3） If you want a special design, please email us for price and order information without hesitation.
11．How do I pay?
By telegraphic transfer (T/T) through your bank to our bank.
12. How do you start the order?
We will start your order after receiving the down payment which is 50% of total payment. When the order finishes, we will email you the digital photo for your confirmation. We will send the goods to you after receiving the balance payment.
If the order is urgent, you’d better pay 100% in advance.
13. When is the producing time?
Our regular producing time for 1pcs inflatable games is 6-15 days, excluding air transit time, from the date of confirmation. However, it can be +/- depending on the design and the dimensions.
14. How do you shipping the goods?
They can be delivered by air or by sea. The approximate transit time by air is 5 business days maximum and by sea 15-30 days. The shipping costs may be about USD200.00 for 1pcs of games. If you order more, the shipping cost for 1pcs will be lower than USD200.00. Air charge is different for different country.
